Usage of the Web3API is free, however you will need to create an account to access your API keys and project settings.

for free.

In your Dashboard, create a new Project using the Create Project button on the top right. Give it a name, and you will see your new Dashboard settings.

Within your Dashboard settings, you can view your API keys under the API Key column. You may also copy the endpoint URLs for both BSC mainnet and testnet.
